Up or On-The-Rocks?

Up: Served with no ice in the glass. Rocks: Whether it is hand cut from a block of ice or strait from the machine, ‘rocks’ are cubes or chunks of ice used in the making and serving of many cocktails. A big rock like the one below, has less exposed surface area and will therefore melt slower than smaller pieces. However, that’s not really the whole story, what’s most important is how much ice, or how may ‘rocks’ you add to a drink.
