Not as sweet as you may think, this recipe was inspired by Martini style drinks that pre-date the evolution of the Dry style Martini. The dry, nutty, finish of the sherry combined with the sharpness and tannins of the sloe gin give this drink a dry finish after a rich, luxuriant and fruity flavor and mouthfeel.
- 3.5 Parts Plymouth Gin
- 1 Part Plymouth Sloe Gin
- 1 Part Dubonnet Rouge
- 5 Parts Lustau Amontillado Sherry
Recommend bottle resting with 2 parts Water or Stir and serve up
