Plymouth Gin Lounge Martini


The Refectory Bar (2004-Present day) Inspired by recipes of the Savoy Cocktail Book this recipe has been the house Martini of the bar since it was launched back in 2004. Designed to be a Martini with broad appeal; approachable and enticing to the uninitiated whilst still being ‘serious’ enough for the seasoned Martini fan.

  • 1 part Lillet Blanc
  • 0.5 parts Apricot Liqueur
  • 0.25 parts Limoncello
  • Lemon Twist
