The oldest working Gin distillery in the U.K. Parts of the beautiful building that houses the Plymouth Gin Distillery are around 600 years old. We also have our own bar… The Refectory Bar Est. 2004.
Sean Harrison, our Master Distiller since 1994, hand selects our seven botanicals every year to maintain consistency and quality. All it takes are 7 Natural Botanicals, Wheat Based NGS, Water from a National Park, 1 Copper Pot Still, Over 200 year of knowledge.

1 part Dolin Dry
1 dash Orange Bitters
