TOM WHO

  • 1.5 oz Plymouth
  • .5 oz Lustau white vermouth
  • .75 oz Lemon
  • .75 oz Pho Spice Syrup
  • 5 leaves Thai Basil
  • Club soda to top
  1. Muddle basil leaves in mixer and add all liquid ingredients except for club soda
  2. Shake aggressively with ice for 10 seconds and strain in to serving class.
  3. Top with fresh ice, club soda and garnish with fresh slapped Thai basil.
